Requirements

Bachelors/Masters degree in Early Childhood Education, Childhood Education, Family Studies, Special Education or comparable degrees, preferably from a school accredited by CT Department of Education.

Must have leadership skills.

Must be able to meet mandatory CT Health and Safety standards.

Must be able to meet the physical requirements of caring for young children, for example, standing for long periods, sitting on the floor, crouching, lifting 30 pounds, etc.
